Seward and Monde expands its presence in the New Haven area by acquiring Banti & DeFelice, CPAs, LLC, based in North Haven, CT effective July 26, 2019.

Banti & DeFelice, CPAs, LLC (founded in 1945) will add its accounting, audit, tax and business advisory expertise to our firm.  We are delighted to welcome David Banti, Mark DeFelice and their team of ten employees to Seward and Monde.
