As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, demonstrating a high degree of independence and judgment in handling routine engagements. Responsibilities:

• Planning, Leading, and Executing Engagements to Provide Excellent Client Service
• Performing a Wide Range of Audit and Accounting Procedures Impacting Industry-Specific Issues
• Auditing Complex Areas/Transactions and Preparing Financial Statements and Related Reports
• Researching, Analyzing, and Reporting on Accounting, Auditing, and Related Issues and Developments
• Scheduling, Delegating, and Training Team Members to Help Them Build Inspired Careers

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• At Least Three Years of Experience in Public Accounting with an Emphasis on Financial Statement Preparation, Audits, Reviews, and Compilations
• CPA Preferred 
• Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
• The Proven Ability to Work Independently, Make Critical Decisions, and Manage Complex Engagements
• Dedication to Maintaining the Highest Ethical and Professional Standards

As a Staff Accountant, you will build a strong foundation in public accounting through hands-on experience in tax, accounting, and audit engagements. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and a broad range of accounting and tax matters. Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and other tax returns.
• Participate in audit, review, compilation, and other accounting engagements, including account analysis, reconciliations, testing, and preparation of supporting workpapers.
• Work collaboratively with accountants, managers, and partners to complete engagements accurately and efficiently.
• Develop proficiency with the Firm’s accounting, tax, audit, and research software.
